SATISFACTION GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY
We guarantee all shipments to be first quality. All items purchased are refundable/exchangeable within 15 days of receiving shipment. Return shipping on exchanges will be shipped as per our Shipping and Delivery policy. Items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging. We DO NOT issue call tags for merchandise and you must pay the return shipment cost. RETURNS for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You must obtain an RMA number before returning any product by calling or e-mailing us at the number/e-mail given above. There are No Returns or Exchanges for all Closeout Items, all sales are final, no exception!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the cost of shipping internationally (outside of the US 50 states), these orders will have a shipping charge added after ordering and we will contact you via your e-mail address about your shipping options.  Please take this into account when ordering.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders over $500.00 (before taxes and any possible shipping) receive free ground shipping within the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii). Orders under $500.00 are charged $12.99 shipping. See above for international/ AK and HI orders. Delivery of your order is very important to us. Most of our orders are shipped from our Atlanta, USA warehouse by FEDEX or UPS.
